Anna was born 7 Aug 1809. She died 28 Dec 1878.
She is the daughter of Philip & Mary (Frieze) Daubenspeck. She changed her name to Mary Ann Barnhart after her marriage.
There is, apparently, a lot of confusion over her marriages and children due to name changes.
After William's death, Mary Ann married Andrew Mays Abt. 1848, who had children by a previous relationship: Margaret, Mary and Francis. Mary Ann and Andrew and had two children: Lavina and an infant who died young. However, for the duration of this marriage, all of her children except David took the surname Mays. This is seen on the 1850 census.
After Andrew, she married a Mr. Ritzert, with no issue.
As a fourth marriage, she married David George Barnhart. At this point, all of her children adopted or re-adopted the Barnhart surname, except for Solomon. This is seen in the 1870 and 1880 censuses.
