Solomon was born 1759 in Quincy Twp., Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. He died Abt 1804 in Pennsylvania (probably).

The following is from The Story of the Little Cove by Harry E. Foreman (1967), taken from the Kittochtinny Historical Papers. Solomon purchased the Beam lands in 1799 and 1804. When Frederick Foreman, executor, sold the Knepper lands to Henry Brewer in 1828, the acreage was given as 332 acres. William and Jacob Knepper were mentioned as heirs in 1828.

There may be three other children born to Solomon: Maria, Frederick and George.

Solomon married #649 Elizabeth Foreman.
