On the 1870 Census he is still an ax maker in Mill Hall. His family has grown and some of the names are different. His oldest two, with birth dates matching to Frank and Jane from 1860 are now Charles and Margaret. I've assumed they are the same individuals. However, his wife is now Anna and her birth date is 4 years later, so I've added her as a second wife.
