The Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania Will Book has a will for what appears to be this Jacob Rosensteel:

"I, JACOB ROSENSTEEL, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) - First, that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. I give and bequeath to my oldest son ANDREW ROSENSTEEL, the sum of $425 dollars with what he has got. I give and bequeath to my daughter, HANNAH SHILES 14 acres of land with the house and barn where she now liveth, the same being deeded to the said HANNAH by said HANNAH paying me 25 which she did with what she has got. I give and bequeath to my son PHILLIP ROSENSTEEL, 50 acres of land where he now liveth, it being deeded to him what he has got. I give and bequeath to my daughter DOLLE (illegible - ed. note, DOLLY POHL) $325 and what she has got. I give and bequeath to my daughter LAVINA COLMER $425 with what she has got. I give and bequeath to the lawful heirs of my son JACOB ROSENSTEEL, deceased, $425 with what they have got. Ninth, I give and bequeath to my GRANDDAUGHTER, CATHERINE ANN ROSENSTEEL $425 on the following condition: the parents of the said Catherine Ann Rosensteel died when she was an infant, they had very little property of any kind when they both died in my house. I have raised the said Catherine Ann Rosensteel and all the property that they had would not pay for my trouble of raising her and the expense of the funeral of her parents. It is now rumored that after my death the said Catherine Ann Rosensteel will dun on my estate for what property her parents had when they died. If she should do so, then it is my will that I will leave the said Catherine Ann Rosensteel the sum of one dollar only and if any of my heirs should be dissatisfied with their portion or cause any dispute concerning my will, then such as may (be) dissatisfied therewith, I will will them one dollar only and the balance at the disposal of my executor. Lastly, it is my will that if my son ANDREW ROSENSTEEL chooseth to take my farm and pay the foregoing heirs which has not got their portion what is willed to them, he can do so, if not - it is my will that my executor sell my farm and pay my heirs in the inside of five years after my decease without interest. And if there be any personal property, money or otherwise at my death, my son Andrew Rosensteel will get it. And I hereby appoint my son Andrew Rosensteel executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking my former will by me made.
