Harriet was born Jul 1884.

Harriet was adopted by William T. Schreckengost and Adeline Sisson.

She is called William's daughter on the 1900 Census. However, given the ages of his wives, this is unlikely. She is probably adopted or a granddaughter. Not having any idea which child to use as her parent, I've elected to enter her as an adopted daughter.
