Glover was born Jan 1897. He died 1963. He was buried in Berkeley, California.
He moved to North Dakota with his parents, where he met his wife. In 1917, he farmed near Thorne, North Dakota. In 1936, they moved to California. Although a carpenter by trade, he did all the original rock work in the International Peace Garden in the Turtle Mtns. in North Dakota, and a National Monument located on the border of Canada and the U.S.
