Ruby was born 22 Jul 1920 in Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co., Pennsylvania. She died 18 May 2006 in Kittanning, Armstrong Co., Pennsylvania. She was buried in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Armstrong Co., Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the First Church of God on Woodward Avenue in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. She was employed with Riverside Market of Brookville, Ohio in the Bakery Sales Department for eleven years, retiring in 1983. She was also the owner/operator of Hutson's Appliance in Kittanning along with her late husband for 12 years. She also worked at Big River Manufacturing in Kittanning for 7 years. She was a resident of Kittanning all her life except for 14 years when she lived in Masury and Cleveland, Ohio from 1969 to 1983.

At the time of her death, she had seventeen granchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and four great-great-granchildren living. Two great-granchildren had pre-deceased her.

Ruby married first #62842 Denver D. Cloak.
