Edna was born 26 Jul 1910 in Bloomington, Illinois. She died 10 Feb 2001 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

She was a member of the Gay Street United Methodist Church. She owned and operated her own beauty shop for many years. Later she received training in nursing and worked as a nurse's aide at the former Mercy Hospital and private homes.
