Daisy was born Dec 1893 in Pennsylvania.

I have tentatively placed Daisy as Blanche's daughter. Daisy is living with her grandparents by 1900. The only daughter I know of for William and Catherine was Blanche. However, they did have one child whose name I have not found. Since that person is not listed in any of the pre-1890 censuses, I doubt that child is the mother. It was most likely a childhood death since three of Catherine's children pre-deceased her.
