In addition to the woman who is, presumably, Anna, there are three males 15–19, one female 10–14, and one young girl under 5. Given that Jacob would have been only 20 years old, most of these are clearly not his children. We think that Catharine is still four years away but it's possible that Jacob and Anna had an older daughter who is the under 5 child.
On the 1840 Federal Census of Miles Twp., Centre Co., Pennsylvania, he is shown as being in a manufacturing trade.
On the 1850 Federal Census he is a farmer in Gregg Twp.

The name here is taken from her daughter, Susanna's, death certificate. A number of published GEDCOMs show her as Barbara Rudy who, based upon the 1850 Census, was her mother.
Some researchers list her birth date as 29 Apr 1806. The date I've shown here is calculated from her grave marker which gives her date of death and says she was 85 years 25 days old.
She is, presumably, the older woman in Jacob's household on the 1830 Federal Census of Northumberland, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania and the 1840 Federal Census of Miles Twp., Centre Co., Pennsylvania.
She appears on the 1850 Federal Census and the 1860 Federal Census for Gregg Twp., Centre Co., Pennsylvania. On the latter, Jacob has passed away and Anna is working as a seamstress.
On the 1870 Federal Census she is living with Aaron in Marion, Centre Co., Pennsylvania.
On the 1880 Federal Census she was living with her daughter, Susan, in Lamar, Clinton Co., Pennsylvania.
