There is some confusion in [Terrill] about Harold's children. It states one source as saying that Harold had three children by a previous marriage and that Vi and Harold had three of their own. It then lists Ronald, William and a daughter as those three they had jointly. However, it then goes on to list Charlene, Kay, William and Jack as children of Vi and Harold. I've gone with the latter listing as the former might just be notes.
