#178 Mildred "Millie" Cohen ( Berl "Barnet" CohenJoseph Cohen )

Millie was born Abt 1884 in Pinsk, Russia. She died 16 Dec 1924 in New York City, New York from cancer, probably of the lungs.

She and Benjamin appear on the 1910 Census of Manhattan, New York with Flora. It says they have been married for five years. Her nationality is given as Russian (Yiddish) while Benjamin's is Russian (Polish). It gives her year of immigration as 1902.

No record of the family has been found on the 1920 Census so far. The census record for the specific building they lived in before and after 1920 does not show their names.

The age on her death certificate is hard to read, but might indicate a birth year of Abt 1876. It indicates her year of immigration as Abt 1904.

Millie married #752 Benjamin Gewertz.
